TERMS OF SERVICE

Yes, this is a long and boring T.O.S., but I try to be as thorough and as transparent as possible to make this easier for everyone involved. You can skim the red text for the important stuff. You can always return to this page later if needed.You must be at least 18 years old or older to commission me, regardless of the legal adult age in your country.I reserve the right to refuse service to any person or party, at any time, and for any reason, without obligation for an explanation.Business Hours
I work on commissions as frequently as possible and do not have set hours at the moment. However, I am completely offline on Friday evenings and Saturdays, and will not check my emails or social media at this time. I try to respond to all emails, direct messages, or other business inquiries within 24-48 hours of the next business day, but may experience delays within my personal life. Please be patient and considerate. (NOTE: This does mean contact made on Friday may not receive a response until the following Sunday, please keep this in mind.)References
I do not require any digital or drawn reference images, although my preference is an unshaded digital reference. Please keep in mind that if you do not provide a clear visual reference of some kind, you are inherently offering me some form of artistic liberty. I do not offer unlimited free edits and may decline your order all together if I feel I am not able to reasonably complete your order.Usage
At this time, my art may not be used for re-sale or commercial purposes (including merchandise). I reserve the right to request that my art not be used for public image (profile pictures, banners, etc) on a case by case basis; while this is simply a request and not binding, failure to oblige may result in being banned from future services. That being said, by default, my art absolutely can be used for personal, non-profit, and fair use, as long as proper credit is provided. I also allow for my art to be physically printed (paper, buttons, shirts, etc.) for personal use as long as it is not re-sold.I will gladly accept anonymous commissions. If you would like for me to not tag you in a commission, or not post it at all, I will happily oblige. By default, I reserve the right to use any commissioned work for my portfolio unless otherwise specified. I will remove commissioned pieces at the request of a client and/or the character's owner.Content
I am very lenient and open-minded to a wide variety of kinks and fetishes; from vanilla to hardcore and so much in between. I will NOT accept commissions for any of the following themes:
loli/cub/babyfur, ageplay/ddlg, beastiality, death/snuff/necro, rape/non-con, extreme torture, scat, nazism/fascism/right wing politics, cops/military, racism, transphobia, homophobia, or other forms of systemic oppression or bigotry.
I may accept commissions with reclaimed use of senstive themes (slurs, etc) but only if its a topic that I, myself, am able to reclaim, as I am the one distributing the material.Process & Timelines
All prices are listed in USD. Your commission request will be processed within the time frame of the aforementioned business hours. I strongly prefer payment through paypal invoices, but will also be willing to use cashapp or venmo.If your commission is accepted, I will contact you directly through your preferred means to give you a quote for the price, estimated time of completion, any questions about your order, and any other applicable details. You will be expected to reply within 72 hours, and if a response is not received, your spot in the queue may be given to someone else. All payment is expected in full at the time of the order. I may accept 24-48 hour holds IF this is mentioned up front. Short-term payment plans are available for commissions over $300.Once I begin working on your commission, I will provide 2 WIPs; one of the sketch, and one of the finished lineart. I will take 1-2 edits of the commission after each WIP is sent (depending on the complexity of the edit). Please be specific -- redline the sketch if you need to -- in order to ensure the best possible result. I will NOT accept character changes after the final sketch (before lineart) is confirmed.
Once the order is complete, I will gladly fix any minor mistakes, but no further major edits will be made. I will gladly provide the full digital image through your preferred means of contact, including email, direct message, etc. within reason.Rush Orders
If you need an order completed by or before a specific date, you can mention this in the notes of your order, or we can discuss it at the time of contact. I will not charge rush order fees if the requested date is on or after your original estimated date — only if I need to bump you up in the queue in order to complete it. Otherwise, all confirmed rush orders require a 10% fee. If for any reason I am not able to complete your rush order by the specified date, this rush fee will be refunded in full.Refunds
All commissions include a 5% non-refundable deposit. Once I begin work on your commission, the amount eligible for refund will decrease. After you receive the sketch, you will only be eligible for an 80% refund. After you receive the lineart, you will only be eligible for a 50% refund. Once the commission is fully completed, you will no longer be eligible for any refund.
Exception: If your commission has taken 4+ weeks longer than your original estimated wait time (ex: you were quoted 2 weeks, and have been waiting 6 weeks), you are entitled to a complete 100% refund with no deposit of any kind. HOWEVER, you must contact me to request this, otherwise I will continue frequent contact with you to ensure timely delivery of your commission.
If you file a charge-back or payment dispute without directly contacting me to resolve any issues on your order, you will be immediately and permanently banned from my services.Failure to abide by these terms may result in action including, but not limited to: a temporary or permanent ban from my services, public "beware of client" warnings, formal disputes, and/or legal action depending on the severity of the situation.By commissioning me, you confirm you have read and agree to my terms of service as outlined above.
